As one of the largest Internet retailers on the web, ClickBank closes a sale somewhere on the planet every three seconds. We have an opening for a Quality Assurance Administrator in our Broomfield, Colorado office.

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for advanced software testing on information technology software projects including integration testing across multiple platforms. Activities to include requirements gathering, designing and developing test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, bug tracking and test case reporting, and building and maintaining a QA test environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute and maintain test cases.
  • Identify, create and maintain test data for all functional testing including end-to-end integration tests. Ensure data integrity throughout the data life cycle.
  • Develop, deploy, execute and maintain test automation cases for regression testing.
  • Participate in testing efforts for complex projects that will include partnering with various internal and external teams to provide a quality product.
  • Build and maintain a QA test environment through promotion of code, updating property and configuration files, and running SQL schema changes.
  • Experience in managing and testing across multiple integrated testing environments.
  • Mentor and support fellow team members.
  • Document, analyze and lead process improvement efforts focused on enhancing the testing process and reducing testing cycle time.
  • Participate actively in a fast-paced and dynamic Agile environment.

Qualifications and minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years software testing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years writing complex SQL queries
  • Experience testing applications distributed across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Experience testing web base applications
  • Experience using test case management and bug tracking tools
  • Experience using UNIX or Linux operating systems
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders in the development life cycle
  • Ability to analyze testing needs at a high level for complex projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment yet be self directed, proactive, and action oriented
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills

Additional skillsets desired:

  • Experience with developing test automation scripts
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with Open Source testing tools is a plus
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat is a plus
