Director, Co-Founder, & CEO of Keynetics 

Eileen co-founded Keynetics along with Geoff Hoyl and Dr. Timothy Barber in 1998 and has served on its board of directors since that time. Eileen has been involved in the growth and expansion of Keynetics, ClickBank, and Kount, building a global reputation for quality solutions in the e-commerce industry.

In addition to her continued service on the Keynetics and ClickBank board, Eileen has served Keynetics in various capacities including President of Keynetics (1998 - 2005), Corporate Treasurer, Audit Committee Member, and Compensation Committee Member. Her past service includes the Kount board (2008 - 2015).

Eileen currently serves on the board of several non-profits including, Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise State University Foundation, Trailhead, Small Village Foundation, and is a member of Idaho Woman's Charitable Foundation since 2003. Additionally, Eileen has served on the Education Committee of the Idaho Technology Council.

Eileen earned a BA in Chemistry from Virginia Tech in 1991.

Dr. timothy barber

Director, Co-Founder & Creator

Dr. Barber has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Princeton University, and degrees in Philosophy and Physics from the University of Virginia. He is the creator of dozens of crucial patents in fields as varied as network optimization, artificial intelligence, fraud detection, data security, marketing, and optics. 

Prior to launching Keynetics, Dr. Barber spent seven years as part of an elite federal research group selected to solve some of the most difficult computational problems facing U.S. national security. His current research is in artificial intelligence and the diagnosis of the algorithms that underlie the human capacity for abstract reasoning.

Geoffrey Hoyl

Director, Co-Founder, & Chairman

Geoff Hoyl, along with Tim and Eileen Barber, started Keynetics in the Barbers' garage in 1998. Geoff was the CEO of Keynetics and ClickBank until January 2005. He is Chairman of the board of directors of Keynetics and serves on the Audit committee of the Keyetics and ClickBank Board.  Geoff's past service includes the Kount board (2008 - 2017).

Prior to co-founding Keynetics, Geoff had a thirty-year career in the mining industry. During that time he served as the chief executive of a series of private and publicly held mining companies with operations in the United States and around the world. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, mining, geological engineering, labor relations and business operations and management. Geoff lives in Colorado and is the Chairman and a director of several charitable organizations.

Bradley j wiskirchen

Director & CEO of Kount

Bradley J. Wiskirchen joined Keynetics in 2005 as CEO of Keynetics and ClickBank and has been a director on both boards since that time. Under his guidance, Keynetics became one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held technology companies, and ClickBank grew to be one of the world’s largest online retailers of digital goods.

Bradley J. Wiskirchen is the founding CEO at Kount—which is the premier fraud prevention solution for card-not present transactions. Kount protects many of the world’s largest card-not-present merchants, and some of the largest acquiring banks and payment platforms. Since 2015, Kount is owned by CVC Capital Partners and Keynetics Inc.

Among his many other community involvements, Wiskirchen was the Chairman of the Board of the Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in 2014 and 2015. He was a member of the board for three years prior to serving as the Chairman.  He currently serves on the High-Level Advisory Group of the International Monetary Fund’s Interdepartmental Working Group on Finance and Technology.

He was awarded a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
