Bradley J. Wiskirchen is the CEO of Keynetics and its subsidiaries ClickBank and Kount.

Wiskirchen joined Keynetics in 2005. His skills and experience in business, technology, and law give Keynetics an edge in strategic planning and negotiation in the Internet sector. Under his guidance Keynetics has become one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held technology companies. Kount has become the premier fraud prevention solution for card-not-present merchants, and affiliate marketing giant ClickBank has grown to be one of the world’s largest online retailers.

Among his many industry and community involvements, Wiskirchen is the co-founder and former Chair of the Idaho Software Employers Alliance (ISEA). ISEA is a partnership between business and Boise State University designed to expand the economic vitality of Idaho by increasing the availability of skilled software professionals and promoting the opportunities available in the state’s rapidly growing software industry. Additionally, Wiskirchen has held board positions with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Boise State University Office of Technology Transfer, FUNDSY, Discovery Center of Idaho, Intermountain Venture Forum, and many other organizations.

Prior to joining Keynetics, Wiskirchen was a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart, where he managed the firm's Business Entities and Transactions Practice Group. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing, and debt and equity financings.

Monty Sooter is the COO of ClickBank.

Sooter joined ClickBank in 2005. Sooter holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. Upon joining ClickBank Sooter held the position of CTO during which time he assembled a team to reengineer and enhance the information technology infrastructure and applications. He assumed the COO role in 2008.

Prior to joining ClickBank, Sooter was CIO of Corporate Express. During his time at Corporate Express the company developed and implemented new logistics and ecommerce systems and annual revenues grew from $200 million to $3.5 billion. Sooter began his technology career with ACCENTURE/Andersen Consulting where he became an associate partner in the Large System Integration practice. Prior to ACCENTURE/Andersen Consulting Sooter was a logistics officer in the US Navy. In this role he had responsibility for logistics and financial operations on a US Navy Ship and at a Naval Air Station.

Prior to joining ClickBank, Lems was VP of Healthcare Solutions at bConnected and was responsible for the design and implementation of systems that were responsible for the processing of millions of patient records annually. Prior to that he managed the ad serving group at Excite@Home/Matchlogic, which served over one billion internet ad transactions per day. Greg also spent seven years developing CAD/CAM software at EDS/Unigraphics.

Ramachandran joined ClickBank as VP of Sales & Business Development in 2005 and is responsible for ClickBank's sales activities and alliances with affiliate and vendor organizations worldwide. He holds a B.S. in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore University and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management.

Prior to ClickBank, Ramachandran worked at Requisite Technology where he was VP of International, Global Alliances and Business Development. In this position he was responsible for building out Requisite's International Operations and leading the company's relationship with SAP, Atos Origin and Mitsui, all of which accounted for a substantial portion of Requisite's revenue. He joined Requisite in 1998 through its acquisition of Antaeus Systems Inc., where he was the President, CEO and Founder. Prior to Antaeus, Ramachandran was President and CEO of Conceptual Technologies, and prior to that held senior management positions with Computervision Corp., Prime Computer, Inc. and Datapoint Corp. with worldwide responsibilities.

Prior to joining ClickBank, Hayward was VP of Development for PowerBroker Systems, where he designed and developed all aspects of their real estate CRM system. He has spent more than fifteen years developing large-scale enterprise systems and consulting to fortune 500 companies on topics of architecture, high availability, and performance.
