Bradley J. Wiskirchen is the CEO of Keynetics and its subsidiaries ClickBank and Kount.
Wiskirchen joined Keynetics in 2005. His skills and experience in business, technology, and law give Keynetics an edge in strategic planning and negotiation in the Internet sector. Under his guidance Keynetics has become one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held technology companies. Kount has become the premier fraud prevention solution for card-not-present merchants, and affiliate marketing giant ClickBank has grown to be one of the world’s largest online retailers.
Among his many industry and community involvements, Wiskirchen is the co-founder and former Chair of the Idaho Software Employers Alliance (ISEA). ISEA is a partnership between business and Boise State University designed to expand the economic vitality of Idaho by increasing the availability of skilled software professionals and promoting the opportunities available in the state’s rapidly growing software industry. Additionally, Wiskirchen has held board positions with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Boise State University Office of Technology Transfer, FUNDSY, Discovery Center of Idaho, Intermountain Venture Forum, and many other organizations.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Wiskirchen was a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart, where he managed the firm's Business Entities and Transactions Practice Group. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing, and debt and equity financings.

Steven Rouse is the Chief Operating Officer for Kount.
Rouse joined Keynetics in 2002 and became COO of Kount in 2008. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Rouse has been instrumental in the research and design of Kount’s fraud control service and brings perspective from both online and brick-and-mortar retail. He has also operated Keynetics’ subsidiary, ClickBank, during which time he saw the company grow to become the largest privately held technology company in Idaho.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Rouse served as the Director at First Data charged with running an online payment gateway and risk control service for high volume, high risk merchants. At First Data’s TeleCheck business unit, he designed, implemented and managed the underwriting and merchant risk departments for all Electronic Check Acceptance products.

Rachelle E. Brower is the Vice President of Accounting for parent company, Keynetics.
Brower joined Keynetics in February 2002. She has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Idaho, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been instrumental in the development of payment processing relationships, foreign currency conversion, accounting and finance system implementation, cash management strategies, cost oversight and reduction processes, internal controls, and equity plan administration. She also manages the banking, audit, tax, and valuation relationships for the company and plays a key role in the advancement of Keynetics financial infrastructure.
Brower is an active member of the Keynetics Charitable Contribution and Employee Recognition Committees.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Brower worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1995 through 2000, auditing publicly traded and privately held organizations, and preparing companies for IPO. In 2000, she co-founded an internet company that delivered online solutions for property management companies nationwide. She continues to be a strong advocate for entrepreneurial endeavors by supporting individuals in their pursuit of innovation.

Jim Gasaway is Vice President of IT Development of Kount and parent company Keynetics.
Gasaway joined Keynetics in 2006. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Oregon State University. He has been instrumental in creating a world-class development team to bring ideas to market quickly. His experience has allowed him to grow Kount into the enterprise fraud control solution it is today.
Prior to joining Keynetics, he served as both Senior Development Manager and Architecture Manager for two business units within Credit Recovery Services (CRS), a division of Capital One Financial Services. At CRS he was responsible for designing and building large fraud systems to enable recovery of debt.
Rich L. Stuppy is the Vice President of IT Operations of Kount and parent company Keynetics.
Stuppy joined Keynetics in 2006. He has a B.B.A from Boise State University. His experience engineering and operating large, enterprise-scale infrastructure has given Keynetics and Kount a stable, highly-scalable platform on which to operate. Additionally his unique blend of business and IT skills provides Keynetics and Kount elegant ways to meet customer’s needs.
Among other industry and community activities, Stuppy is a founding board member and Vice Chair of the Idaho Technology Council (ITC). The ITC is the premier member driven organization dedicated to fostering the growth of technology companies in Idaho, primarily in the areas of information technology, energy and agriscience.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Stuppy spent 14 years at Albertson’s and Supervalu where he held various IT positions of increasing responsibility. Albertson grew from a regional food and drug chain to fortune 50 retailer during his tenure. Correspondingly the company’s IT infrastructure grew through mergers, acquisitions and tremendous investment in technology. In his final role at the company, Rich was responsible for Infrastructure Engineering for a very large and complex infrastructure.

David Walker is the Vice President of Sales for Kount.
Walker joined Kount in 2006. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Ball State University. As Vice President of Sales Walker’s responsibilities include managing Kount’s global sales efforts and strategic accounts. Additional duties include marketing and directing the sales efforts with key channel partners. Walker's consultative approach to the sales process is a reflection of many years of experience in helping national retailers solve risk control problems.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Walker spent 15 years with First Data's TeleCheck business unit in Houston, Texas. As Vice President of National Accounts for TeleCheck, Walker gained extensive experience both in sales and servicing of major national retailers including Nordstrom, Office Depot, CVS, WalMart, Borders, Sterling Jewelers, Nike and many others. Walker has broad payment experience with an emphasis on managing the risks for major national merchants. His experience in reducing risks and fraud from bad checks was a key contributor in securing the accounts of these major national chains for TeleCheck and First Data.

Kate Lenz is Director, Human Resources at Kount, ClickBank, and parent company Keynetics.
Lenz joined Keynetics in 2005. She attended Brigham Young University and maintains Professional, Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Lenz is responsible for all recruiting, retention programs and employee benefit vendor selection and management for the Keynetics family. She has ten years of human resources experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Lenz was a Human Resources Manager with Plexus, an electronic manufacturing services provider where she worked for eight years overseeing all local recruitment and staffing needs for a team of 500+ employees.

Kelly Reynolds is the Director of Merchant Services at Kount.
Kelly joined Kount as the Director of Merchant Services in May 2009. Kelly received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Boise State University.
Prior to joining Kount, Reynolds spent the last six years in the corporate domain industry as the Sr. Director Client Relations for MarkMonitor Inc. Reynolds was responsible for overall management of MarkMonitor’s client services organization and he has worked closely with some of the world’s largest corporations to develop their internal processes, procedures and guidelines. Reynolds has also worked in the contract manufacturing and banking industries during his post-collegiate career.

Tim Barber is Chief Scientist at parent company Keynetics.
Dr. Barber founded Keynetics in 1998. He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Princeton University, and degrees in Philosophy and Physics from the University of Virginia. He is the inventor of device fingerprinting and numerous other technologies that underpin the stability of electronic commerce as we know it today. His unique foresight has shaped the success of leading anti-fraud solution Kount, and affiliate marketing giant ClickBank.
Prior to launching Keynetics, he spent seven years as part of an elite federal research group selected to solve some of the most difficult computational problems facing U.S. national security. His current research is in artificial intelligence, and the diagnosis of the algorithms that underlie the human capacity for abstract reasoning.

Mark Changizi is Visiting Scientist at Kount Inc
Dr. Changizi has unique expertise in cognitive science, neurobiology, vision, and language. He has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland, and degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Virginia. He is an accomplished science author, with articles about his work in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Scientific American, and the London Daily Telegraph. His incisive approach to science, and unique take on human cognition, gives Keynetics an advantage in artificial intelligence applications.
His interdisciplinary skills have earned him prestigious academic roles in multiple fields, including appointments in Computer Science at Cork University, Theoretical Neurobiology at Caltech, and, currently, Cognitive Science at Rensselaer.
