eileen langan barber
Co-Founder, CEO, & Director
Eileen is co-founder of Keynetics Inc. along with Geoff Hoyl and Dr. Timothy Barber and has served on its board of directors since 1998. Eileen has been involved in the growth and expansion of Keynetics, ClickBank, and Kount, building a global reputation for quality solutions in the e-commerce industry.
In addition to her continued service on the Keynetics and ClickBank board, Eileen has served Keynetics in various capacities including President of Keynetics (1998 - 2005), Corporate Treasurer, Audit Committee Member, and Compensation Committee Member. Eileen’s past service includes the Kount board (2008 - 2015).
Eileen has served on the board of Trailhead since 2016, a non-profit that helps entrepreneurs succeed. Eileen has been a member of Idaho Woman's Charitable Foundation since 2003. Eileen has served on the Higher Education Research Council (2020-2026). Additionally, Eileen has served on the boards of the Boise State University Foundation (2014 - 2023) and of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival (2009 - 2020).
Eileen earned a BA in Chemistry from Virginia Tech in 1991.
GEOFFREY HOYL
Co-Founder, & Director
Geoff Hoyl, along with Tim and Eileen Barber, started Keynetics Inc. in the Barbers' garage in 1998. Geoff was the CEO of Keynetics and ClickBank until January 2005 and Chairman of the board of directors of Keynetics until December 2025. Geoff serves on the Audit committee of the Keynetics and ClickBank Board. Geoff's past service includes the Kount board (2008 - 2017).
Prior to co-founding Keynetics, Geoff had a thirty-year career in the mining industry. During that time he served as the chief executive of a series of private and publicly held mining companies with operations in the United States and around the world. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, mining, geological engineering, labor relations and business operations and management. Geoff lives in Colorado and is the Chairman and a director of several charitable organizations.
